Sale of 6 Borelli Yard, Farnham

Acting on behalf of a private client Curchod & Co have just sold 6 Borelli Yard to a growing local business.  Despite the doom and gloom evident in some parts of the press actually many businesses are growing and demand for freehold stock continues to be strong among owner occupiers.  Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co said “There continues to be good levels of demand for freehold stock, helped by the current very low interest rates.”
