Legal firm takes new lease on Camberley office space

CMS Training Limited, represented by Curchod & Co and DB Real Estate, has let 903 sq q ft of ground and first floor offices at 3 Priory Court, Tuscam Way in Camberley to Robert Simmons Legal Services Ltd.

The solicitors practice has taken the accommodation on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £14,450 (£16.00 per sq ft).
