Industrial property let at Enterprise Estate, Ash Vale

Guildford Borough Council, advised by Curchod & Co, has let Unit 6, Enterprise Estate, Station Road West in Ash Vale to RedteQ Analytical.

The security equipment maintenance business has taken the 625 sq ft industrial property on a three-year lease at an annual rent of £9,000 (£14.40 per sq ft).
