Macranet Limited, advised by Curchod & Co, has assigned its lease on 894 sq ft of office accommodation at The Hub, Farnborough Business Park in Hampshire to Locus Software Limited.
The technology solutions provider for the shipping industry has taken Suite 11A, which is held on a lease from May 2015 that expires in 2020, at an annual rent of £20,516 (£23.00 per sq ft).
