Vale Furnishers, advised by Curchod & Co, has let an industrial property of 2,100 sq ft in Wharf Road, Ash Vale.

The two-storey brick building, which includes first floor office accommodation, has been taken by Well-Sense Technology Limited on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £16,000 (£7.60 per sq ft).

Based in Aberdeen Well-Sense Technology provides data sensing technology to the oil industry.
