Waverley Borough Council, advised by Curchod & Co, has agreed a surrender of an existing lease at Wey Court West, Union Road in Farnham, Surrey and the simultaneous granting of a new ten-year lease.
The 10,012 sq ft office property was let to Wise & Co and the extension to the lease coincided with the acquisition of the accountancy firm by Shaw Gibbs.
