A property company, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 3,043 sq ft shop property at The Lion & Lamb Yard in Farnham, Surrey to La’ De Kitchen.
The Mediterranean restaurant has taken Unit 15 in the award-winning shopping centre, on a new ten-year lease.
Matthew Munday of Curchod & Co in Farnham said: “With a number of restaurants in the Thames Valley and beyond, this family-run business will be a new and exciting addition to the town, serving selected dishes from Turkish, Greek and Italian cuisine.
“Located in a prime position between West Street and Waitrose, close to other food and beverage operators, the property at Lion & Lamb Yard, which was formerly occupied by Laura Ashley, is perfect for La’ De Kitchen,” he added.
La’ De Kitchen was unrepresented in the transaction.
