Commercial Property Manager based in the Weybridge/Basingstoke office, dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property Management.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Checking & processing of management invoices
Maintenance coordination on a day-to-day basis
Property & Site Inspections
Ensuring GSC, EPC’s, FRA’s & EICR are carried out.
Managing all compliance requirements as determined by the property/lease.
Logging & processing Insurance Claims
Reporting to clients
Chasing arrears and progressing for recovery, if/when required.
Working alongside Insurance brokers, checking insurance policies to ensure the policy is correct to the property and tenant requirement, ensuring re-build sum insured reports are carried out within the required timeframes.
Managing major works alongside a Building Surveyor
Dealing with all aspects of Service Charge’s
Dealing with all aspect’s admin related to Commercial Management
Working alongside our Professional & Agency Departments with Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Letting & Selling
Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Ability to prioritise.
Offer outstanding customer service.
Knowledge of property management and the regulations
Excellent telephone manner
An ability to work independently and in a team.
Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude.
Assoc RICS or MICRS but not essential
Full understanding of Commercial Property Management with at least 5 years’ experience
Word & excel.
Experience on Qube Software
Training on our property management system Qube if required
