Bill Samuel, represented by Curchod & Co, has sold the freehold investment of 44C Frensham Road, Lower Bourne in Farnham, Surrey to RVS Properties Limited for £135,000.
The 950 sq ft retail property is let to The Lavender Hill Company and is held on a lease until the end of 2021. It produces an annual income of £12,000 and the transaction reflects a yield of 8.73%.
