Shell Trust (UK Property) Limited, advised by Farnham based Curchod & Co and Kingstons from Guildford, has let a 6,980 sq ft industrial property at 3 Riverwey Industrial Park in Newman Lane to Exclusive Networks Limited.
The cybersecurity, networking and infrastructure technology business has taken the property on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £57,667 (£8.26 per sq ft).
Matthew Seary of Curchod & Co in Farnham said: “Being strategically located between London and the South Coast ports, Alton has always been a popular destination for industrial and distribution businesses. The Riverwey Industrial Park is part of the town’s principal industrial area and continues to attract modern and expanding companies such as Exclusive Networks.”
Exclusive Networks Limited was not represented in the transaction.
