A private landlord, represented by Curchod & Co, has let 562 sq ft of office space in Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey to Synergy Digital Limited.
The technology business has taken the office accommodation on a new five-year lease, with a tenant only break option at the end of the third year, at an annual rent of £11,500 (£20.46 per sq ft).
