LCP Properties, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 8,830 sq ft shop property at 162, Fleet Road, in Fleet, Hampshire to Loungers UK Ltd.
The café, bar and restaurant operator has taken the town centre, retail property on a new 15-year lease.
