Surrey Heath Borough Council, represented by Curchod & Co, has let 4,448 sq ft of warehouse space at Unit 6 Trade City, Frimley in Camberley to Vista Green, bringing a little piece of Hollywood glamour to the town.
The distribution property has been taken on a new five-year lease.
David Bowen of Curchod & Co in Camberley said: “Vista Green designs and produces highly realistic, decorative walls of artificial foliage for use in residential and commercial properties. The property in Frimley will provide expansion space for the business that has supplied its products to a growing number of prestigious buildings and venues such as the VIP entrance to Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport. Vista Green’s products also featured at this year’s Vanity Fair Oscar Party in Hollywood where a breath-taking wall of greenery was installed to provide the backdrop for photographs of the Academy Awards winners and other celebrities.”
A further 5,230 sq ft is available at Unit 3 Trade City at a rent of £12.00 per sq.ft. per annum.
