Goldsworth Park District Centre is a mixed use purpose built development comprising a supermarket, retail units, public house, petrol filling station, medical centre and Woking Same Beare Hospice. Curchod & Co were appointed in April 2020 as managing agents for the individual units and service charge of the site. We were also instructed to undertake outstanding rent review and lease renewals.
