- Solar panel business takes Farnborough industrial property
A private investment fund, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 1,835 sq ft warehouse property at Unit 12 Arrow Industrial Estate, Eelmoor Rd in Farnborough, Hampshire to Renusol Europe GmbH.
The solar panel mounting systems business has taken the modern, end-of-terrace, refurbished unit, with a five-metre eaves height, on a new five-year lease at an annual rent of £31,195 (£17 psf).
Josie Reeves of Curchod & Co said: “The letting of Unit 12 means that the estate is now fully occupied. The demand for warehouse units of under 2,000 sq ft remains high, and with their excellent location, and good road links, Arrow Industrial Estate is a very popular location for small and enterprising businesses. This strong demand is reflected in the rental level achieved.”
Renusol Europe GmbH was unrepresented in the transaction.
