A private investor, advised by Tom Clancy, has let a 1,073 sq.ft. office property at 132 Winchester Road, Chandlers Ford, Hampshire to Performance Energy.
The energy supplier has taken Suite B on the first floor of the three storey town centre office on a new five year lease.
Tom Clancy said “This was the last remaining suite within this mixed use building which is now fully occupied”.
