Deson UK Ltd luxury kitchen suppliers have secured new premises on the St Martins Trade Park, Nickel Close, Winchester.
The premises have been taken on a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease at a passing rental of £25,800 per annum.
London Clancy acted on behalf of private investors while the tenant was represented by Jim Culverwell of Culverwell Consulting.
The outgoing tenant Travis Perkins PLC was represented by Lambert Smith Hampton.
