FIC Limited, advised by Curchod & Co, has let 1,841 sq ft of industrial space at 4 Farringdon Industrial Centre, Farringdon near Alton in Hampshire to Total Wardrobe Care.

The provider of natural moth repellents and wardrobe storage solutions has taken the industrial property on a six-year lease.
