Acting on behalf of Guildford Borough Council Curchod & Co are delighted to announce that the small unit industrial/warehouse scheme known as Enterprise Estate in Ash Vale is now 100% let following three recent lettings.

Curchod & Co have recently concluded deals with Kebur Garden Materials, The Nappy Lady and Metalsmith General Engineering.

There is currently a general shortage of industrial/warehouse units in the region which has now stymied business growth and pushed rents up.  Curchod & Co are actively lobbying for more land to be allocated for commercial development and for those in existing industrial estates and business parks to be protected to prevent them being lost to residential development.
