Curchod & Co boosts Building Surveying team with appointment of Duncan Firstbrook

Curchod & Co has appointed Duncan Firstbrook MRICS, who will be joining the Building Surveying Team working out of the firm’s Farnham office.

Duncan is a Chartered Building Surveyor graduating with a degree from the University of Brighton in 1998.  He has previously worked for a number of other property firms including Malcolm Hollis, Vail Williams and Lambert Smith Hampton.

He has previously advised a wide range of client sectors including international airlines, investment organisations, financial institutions, Formula 1 teams, universities, telecom and technology businesses as well as private landlords and business occupiers.

FRICS FB.Eng said: “We are very pleased and excited that Duncan has joined the Building Surveying Team as he has a wealth of experience and his appointment will not only increase our coverage and expand the range of services we offer but will also greatly benefit businesses and individuals across Surrey, Hampshire and beyond.

“His extensive knowledge and understanding of dilapidations, landlord and tenant negotiations, contract administration and project management will strengthen our services in these areas and continue to be hugely valuable to our expanding client base.”

Duncan lives in Hindhead, Surrey and enjoys cycling, generally keeping active and getting out into the countryside with his young family.
