A private landlord, represented by Curchod and Co, has let 614 sq ft of first-floor office space at 46-48 High Street in Weybridge to Dr Mihaela Zdrali.
The office has been taken on a five-year lease, with a mutual break clause at the end of the second year, at an annual rent of £12,500 (£20.35 per sq ft).
