SMC Motor Group takes Aldershot industrial property

A private landlord advised by Curchod & Co, has let an industrial property at 17 Blackwater Way, Aldershot, Hampshire to SMC Motor Group.

The Seat and Renault franchise holder has taken the 4,334 sq ft industrial property on a ten-year lease.

Curchod & Co’s Matthew Seary said: “SMC Motor Group has been operating in Surrey and Hampshire for over 30 years and this unit will provide the business with additional space for its operations in Aldershot and Blackwater Valley area.”
