A private property company, advised by Curchod & Co, has let a 625 sq ft retail property at 100 West Street in Farnham, Surrey to Geco Hair.
The hair salon operator has taken the traditional town centre premises on a new ten-year lease at an undisclosed annual rent.
Matthew Munday of Curchod & Co said: “This transaction confirms that Farnham is still a desirable town for small and medium-sized businesses, despite the impact of the pandemic has had on the market. The agreement of a new ten-year lease also demonstrates the confidence that occupiers have in the town.”
Geco Hair was unrepresented in the transaction.
