A private investor, advised by Curchod & Co, has agreed to a ten-year lease renewal with Headmasters, the hairstylist, on its 1,556 sq ft salon property at 20 The Borough, Farnham in Surrey.
Nick Reeve, Curchod & Co, said: “It has been a difficult two years for service led retailers with social restrictions and lockdowns, but this transaction confirms that Farnham is still a desirable town for small and medium-sized businesses. The agreement of a new ten-year lease also demonstrates the confidence that occupiers have in the town.”
Following the completion of the new lease, Headmasters immediately undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the salon.
