Chris qualified in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Building Surveying Division. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Fellow of the Association of Building Engineers. He has been in practice over 40 years, originally in Estate Management, and has experience with Rural, Urban and Local Authorities property portfolios. Prior to joining Curchod and Co in 1989 as a partner Chris had been working in Central London with Marsh & Wilkey Architects and Surveyors. Chris provides a wide range of construction expertise in Project Management, Dilapidations, Party Walls, Health and Safety and Building Maintenance.

Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in.
