This suite has been let to The Academy of Hair Limited, who provide training in NVQ Hairdressing, Barbering & Beauty Therapy.
This letting required a Change of Planning Use to a D1 use, which was successfully gained from Woking Borough Council (please note this decision was decided before the Use Classes Order changed from the 1st September 2020 onwards).
The office suite has been let on a 10-year lease term.
