It goes without saying that we are in unprecedented times, and the COVID-19 crisis is impacting the way we live and work.
The commercial and residential property markets are no exception and, despite the dramatic changes to our personal and business lives over the recent days, we are taking our responsibilities in regard to our staff, our clients and those that we come into contact with on a daily basis, very seriously. The decisions and actions that we have taken are being guided by advice from the government, Health England and the World Health Organisation.
While we remain operational, our staff will now be working from home. As a firm, we are set up with the technology to allow us to operate remotely as a team, and we will continue to provide our clients with the best possible service, providing advice regarding the marketing of properties, valuations, lease renewals and rent reviews in the same way as before. Our agency teams continue to undertake negotiations, property marketing and transaction management. In particular, Curchod & Co’s property management team is, at this very difficult time, providing a very vital communications conduit between tenants and landlords and continue to deal with all issues and queries as effectively and efficiently as possible.
However, as COVID-19 has placed severe restrictions upon face-to-face contact with our clients, applicants, tenants and other members of our community, in line with the Government’s instruction, we are cancelling all such meetings.
We thank you for your continued support and understanding at this time.
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.Meet the team
