COVID-19 – Property Management Update

COVID-19 – Property Management Update

Update on Offices – COVID-19 –

In accordance with the latest government guidelines, all our offices are now temporarily closed.

Our staff are contactable via email or phone as usual with all branch numbers being forwarded to a main hub to ensure all calls are answered. Please do not communicate with us via post at this time as we will be unable to access this.

These are unprecedented times for the UK and indeed the world. Although we cannot conduct any inspections, valuations, property visits or non-essential maintenance during this time, Curchod & Co are fully committed to supporting our customers and clients as best we can.

We are running an emergency service (subject to change), where you can contact members of the management team to arrange for emergency works during office hours. By definition, an emergency deals with the remedy of any defect which puts the health, safety or security of a tenant or third party at immediate risk or which affects the structure of the building.

You can contact the teams during office hours Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm and then by landline after the prescribed hours.

We continue to monitor the situation closely and it goes without saying that the health and safety of our staff and clients are of paramount importance to us, however, should you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Surrey & Hampshire property specialists

Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed. As time goes by, however, the burst of enthusiasm can wane as the reality of how much work is going to be involved kicks in. When you find yourself slacking a little and not being as enthused about the new change or goal you are working towards, that isn’t a sign to quit. It is a sign that it is time to re-commit.
