Senior Surveyor/ Associate Surveyor

The role:

We have an exciting opportunity within our Professional department based in one of our busy offices:-

In this varied role you will apply your expertise and be responsible for the full spectrum of general surveying to include:-

• Valuation (non-lending purposes, including accounts, probate, matrimonial and asset valuation for public sector clients).
• Lease advisory
• Rent review
• General property consultancy.

The successful candidate will be confident in dealing with colleagues and clients, at all levels, delivering consistently high-level assistance through effective communication, prioritisation, multi-tasking with a ‘can do’ attitude.  Using your own initiative, you will maintain and grow existing client relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised and entrepreneurial with a proven track record in dealing with professional work. MRICS qualification is essential and they will currently be working at a senior level elsewhere, needing no direct supervision.
