Rob is a Chartered Building Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He returned to Curchod & Co in 2000. Rob now has over 30 years’ experience, having worked with practices in Surrey and Central London.
Rob serves a variety of private clients and specialises in residential property matters. He regularly carries out Building Survey and Homebuyer Reports for prospective purchasers. Rob also provides formal valuations for flats and houses on matters such as taxation, and marital disputes and is experienced with the lease extension and enfranchisement process. His Building Surveying experience enables Rob to deal with construction matters including party walls, defect analysis together with specification and administration of building work. He often acts as an expert witness for valuation and construction disputes.
Any time we start something new it is exciting and we are very motivated and committed.
