Ian Oswin Dip.(Est Man.) FRICS

Partner
Ian qualified in the RICS General Practice Division and is a RICS Registered Valuer. He has been in practice for over 30 years starting with Knight & Co, London Shop Property Trust and Belmont Shop Property Trust and their allied subsidiaries, before moving to Curchod & Co in 1981. Ian deals with all commmercial property, whether for sales and procurement, valuation or advice on development and investment opportunity.

Christopher Martin Dip.(Est Man.) FRICS FB.Eng MaPs.

Chris has been in practice for over 25 years having qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor. He is also a fellow of the Association of Building Engineers. He commenced his career is central London before joining Curchod & Co in 1989. Chris provides a wide range of construction related services to clients including expertise in dilapidations, project management, health & safety and building maintance advice.

Richard Newsam B.Sc. (Hons) MRICS

Partner
Richard qualified as a General Practice Surveyor in 2001. He has worked in Surrey before joining Curchod & Co in 2009 to lead our Commercial Property Agency. Richard has over 15 years experience, predominantly with the acquisition and disposal of commercial premises acting on behalf of local occupiers and institutional investors

Robert Cullen B.Sc. MRICS

Associate
Rob is a Chartered Building Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer who qualified in 1991. He has worked with a number of practices in Surrey and London, before settling with Curchod & Co in 2001. Robert now specialises in residential property surveys and valuations, whilst also undertaking other building surveying instructions.

David Gawne B.Sc. Hons MRICS

Dave qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2011 having worked with Curchod & Co since 2007. He is part of our commercial property agency team.

Adam Creighton B.Sc. Hons

Adam joined Curchod & Co in 2011 as a Graduate Surveyor after studying at Kingston University. He works with our Commercial Property Team.
