As Chartered Surveyors we are members of various professional bodies and organisations, whilst utilising information and standards issued by others, some of which we list below.

Curchods Residential Lettings & Management

Covering Weybridge and surrounding areas, the Lettings office covers all types of residential property for both landlords and tenants backed up by a computerised management system. They are regulated by ARLA. Curchods Lettings are a separate company to Curchod & Co, but are part owned by our principals.

RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)

Our Regulating body, the RICS sets the professional standards by which we operate, and offers guidance to the public and property industry.

ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents)

A regulating body for the residential lettings industry which provides guidance and standards

The Leasehold Advisory Service

An organisation providing advice on the law affecting residential long leasehold property.
