Building Surveying, headed by Christopher Martin, advises on a wide range of constructional matters affecting both residential and commercial property types.  We offer a comprehensive specification and construction monitoring service for alterations, refurbishment, extension and maintenance projects.  We provide advice on Party Walls, Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition, Defect Analysis, Project Management and Planning Supervisor (Construction Design & Management Regulations).

Commercial Property:

Headed by Ian Oswin, our Commercial Department provides agency services for freehold and leasehold shops offices and industrial units acting for both landlords, tenants and investors and occupiers.  We also undertake rent reviews, and rating, together with general advice on landlord and tenant matters.

Property Management:

Our Property Management Services involve us with commercial and residential investment portfolios.  We provide Managing Agent services to many Resident's Associations of blocks of flats or private housing estates with communal areas controlled by a management company.

Residential Surveys & Valuations:

Our Residential Surveyors, headed by Robert Cullen, advise both potential purchasers and home owners.  We undertake mortgage valuations for many lenders, prepare RICS Homebuyer Reports or carry out Building (Structural) Surveys.  For current owners, we can offer defect diagnosis and maintenance advice, and market valuations for probate, marital or similar purposes.
