HOW TO FIND US

We are located close to the centre of Weybridge, opposite St James' Church, close to the junction of Church Street and Balfour Road. 

Portmore House is a listed building dating from 1753.  We occupy the upper floors of the building.  The ground floor is occupied by Curchods Estate Agents and Curchods Residential Lettings (both of whom are owned, and managed entirely independently of ourselves).

The entrance to our office is by the side door, next to the wedding shop.

By Car:

Weybridge is conveniently located for road access from junction 11 of the M25.  Alternatively, from the A3, take the Cobham / Walton on Thames Painshill junction, and follow the A245 Byfleet Road and B374 Brooklands Road into Weybridge.  The local roads can be very congested, especially during peak periods.

Unfortunately, we have very limited parking space, and cannot offer this to visitors.  If arriving by car please use the short stay car park in Churchfields, with the footpath by the side of the library bringing you out into Church Street, close to us.  Alternatively, the side streets of Devonshire Road, may be suitable, although space here is frequently taken.

By Rail:

Weybridge rail station is about 3/4 mile from our offices, with a taxi rank outside the station if the walk is too far!  There are frequent services from London Waterloo (about 30-35 minutes on a good day), Woking and Guildford.  Less frequent services are available via the Chertsey / Addlestone loop from Staines.

By Bus:

Bus services run to Weybridge from various local destinations.
